They each grabbed another donut.
Then Ryan said, “I sort of hate to ask this, but since it was the initial reason for your trip, what is going to happen to that terrible review?”
“I almost forgot to tell you,” Heather said. “It’s going to be taken down. Gwendolyn is taking over Salem Sips and Sandwiches and is going to remove the review. Because the donuts were tainted with poison—“
“That was not one of our ingredients,” added Amy.
"It's not an accurate review," said Heather. "She mentioned that instead, she was going to post a review about how amazing we were in helping to catch the killer. I'm not sure it will boost donut sales, but I thought that was nice."
“She also mentioned how she was going to put up a post about finding a groom,” said Amy.
Dave moved closer to Heather and put his head on her lap. Because of the costume, he looked like a T-Rex.
Heather handed him a bit of donut and he wagged his tail covered in felt scales. Then she gave a bit to the stegosaurus Cupcake.
She looked at her husband, her bestie, and the plate of donuts in front of her.
“It’s good to be home,” she said.
